Furnished house, l'Echo des Vagues is classified 3 * and registered at the town hall of Cherbourg en Cotentin. Located in the city center (Bucaille district), our house with a capacity of 4/5 people is completely renovated and well equipped:
- 25m² fitted kitchen with central island, television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer ...
- terrace of around 30m² with lounge and dining table;
- 18m² living room with lounge, flat screen TV, home cinema, radio, DVD player;
- a WC on the ground floor;
- two bedrooms upstairs, one of 15m² with 160cm bed and one of 9.5m² with 140cm bed, possibility of a 5th bed for families with three children, television in each room;
- a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.
Located in the city center, l'Echo des Vagues is a detached house, not attached, close to the shops and activities offered by the city of Cherbourg in Cotentin. Its location at the back of the courtyard, set back from the street, offers you peace and quiet.

A parking space and a garage are available. The property is secured by an electric gate.

Patrick and Delphine were such welcoming hosts! The house was perfect for our family of 4. It is beautifully renovated and decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, the washer and dryer were nice to have at the end of our trip, I got the best night’s sleep, and it felt like home.

Très belle maison confortable et chaleureuse, tout proche du centre de Cherbourg.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire. L’équipement est ultra complet et moderne, tout est impeccable et la déco très soignée !! Un plaisir ! je recommande vivement cette charmante location !
