The house is located in a holiday park, Zeepolder I. Very quiet area with a large garden incl. Parking space at the turning hammer.
The house has 3 bedrooms for max. 6 people, 4 adults and 2 children, a bathroom with bathtub / shower tub, a separate toilet, a kitchen with dining area and a living area incl. oven.
Electricity and heating costs are billed separately according to consumption!
Bed linen and towels are not provided. This must be brought!
It is only a few minutes' walk to the center of De Haan, where you will also find the most important grocery stores, bakeries, etc.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig und gemütlich.
Küchenausstattung ist super, es fehlt quasi an nichts.
Die Spinnenweben, die hier von anderen negativ angeführt wurden, waren willkommene Mücken- und Fliegenfänger. Für Menschen mit Spinnenphobie ist das vielleicht weniger hilfreich 😉.
Der Garten ist wunderbar. Schön groß, schattig und mit bequemen Mobiliar ausgestattet.
Die Umgebung ist auch schön und sehr ruhig. Der Strand von De Haan hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, ebenso die Nähe zu den vielen Ausflugszielen.
Insgesamt hervorragend und weiterzuempfehlen!
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist insgesamt gut, aber in manchen Bereichen nicht mehr zeitgemäß; mit 1,40m Breite war das Doppelbett für uns auf Dauer zu schmal; die Dusche wünscht man sich heute auch etwas komfortabler; die Küche ist sehr funktional und gut eingerichtet (bis auf Ausstattung mit Weingläsern). Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und groß, die Außenmöbel sehr gut. Wie gesagt, unterm Strich eine gute Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Kleiner Tipp für die Reinigungskraft besser auf Spinnweben achten. Ansonsten war alles sauber.

Our stay was OK but communication with the host was not easy. There was no wifi and the TV had no signal. All info and all channels were in German; probably the ideal vacation home for a German family. Big garden for the dog which was nice.
