About this chalet rental
Old fully restored farm in the heart of the Aravis mountains, on a plot of 5000 m2, facing south, not overlooked, with stunning views of Mont Charvin.
This 220m2 chalet consists of two main areas:
- The living rooms: a living room, dining room and kitchen have direct access onto a large sunny terrace with great views.
- The rooms, bathrooms, TV room, and game room are furnished in a loft on the floor during the restoration of the barn.
You will find mid-level: a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a technical room including dryer and washing machine.
First floor: a bedroom with a bed of 140, a room with a bed of 160, a children's room consists of a bunk bed and two beds of 90 cm and a bathroom and toilet.
On the second floor: a bedroom with a bed of 140, two 90 loft beds and a toilet.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave oven, a Smeg fridge, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee maker, a teapot, a yogurt maker , a toaster
The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Uitstekend gelegen. Comfortabele chalet. Eetgerei (borden, glazen) mogen wel vernieuwd worden. Ook een grondige check-up nodig van losstaande kranen, deuren die niet goed sluiten, stopcontacten die niet werken. Ook extra verlichting nodig van de grote zitruimte op de verdieping.

Très beau chalet avec tout le confort et emplacement idéal pour nos différentes activités (ballades-rondo est ski). Nos deux familles ont passé un excellent séjour. Merci à vous!

Ce chalet nous a permis d'être ensemble tout en ayant de la place pour l'intimité de chacun. L'espace a été bien réfléchi.

Le balcon des chambres n'est pas sécurisé, c'est très dangereux et certains draps du étaient tachés 👎,ont n' avaient un gros problème avec les téléphones, le chalet est bien équipé, la douche et la toilette sont bien propres et beaucoup de jouets pour les enfants 👍,la cuisine est bien équipé aussi 👍. Pensez au téléphone et l'internet car c'est très très important de nos jours,
