On the main level you will also find 1 master bedroom and 3 guest bedrooms. The upper level of the home has a loft style bedroom, plus two master bedrooms with spectacular lake views, separate ensuite bathrooms, and a shared balcony. Over the three car attached garage you will find a huge lake view bunkroom with an ensuite full bathroom, crafts area, large screen tv, and video gaming station for the kids. VRBO website states the cancellation policy to be more restrictive than the contract: The true policy stated in the contract is that owner will always refund you 100% if you cancel within 5 days of booking, and after this we will refund you as stated in the VRBO policy and in addition for those dates that are subsequently rebooked by another guest. This is the case even during the high season where the VRBO site says no refunds for cancellations.
