This 75 m2 apartment is on the 6th floor with elevator of a charming residence, the former Grand Hôtel de La Baule. It is 10 minutes walk from the market and the city center (Avenue de Gaulle). The apartment is renovated and has been carefully decorated. Large equipped terrace facing south, facing the sea. The kitchen is open to the living room. The 2 bedrooms at the back overlook the pine trees.
Double glazing for all windows. Heater. Bed linen and towels provided free of charge.
The central location of the residence does not make a vehicle essential.
There are many cycle paths along the sea, in the surrounding countryside, and in the city center. Bicycle parking is available in the garden at the rear of the building.
Car parking is easy and free in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

Tout correspond à l annonce...
Une vue splendide, de beaux espaces dans l appartement. Les chambres au calme.
On a garé la voiture et loué des vélo à 10mn à pieds, le top! Resto, marché...tout est à côté !
Avec un accueil sympathique, des modalités d arrivée et de départ souples
Nous connaissons bien cet endroit, grâce à vous nous l'avons vécu avec une vue "Panoramique " :-)

Nous étions trois adultes, la taille de l'appartement est très confortable, 2 SDB et 2 WC, tout à fait adaptée à nos besoins. Il y a de multiples équipements, électroménager, mais aussi livres, jeux, matériel bébé, il ne manque rien !!
la plage immense est face à l'appartement, idéal avec des enfants.
