20 m from one of the most beautiful beach in the bay, "rohu" residence enjoys an exceptional setting. Completed in 2016, "The ROHU" is a small condominium (3 lots only) of luxury that was designed to offer both the benefits of a house and the "functional" side of a modern apartment. The landscaped garden and the wide open SOUTH openings on the terrace allow you to enjoy every ray of sunshine.

Un propriétaire extrêmement réactif, à l’écoute et qui montre beaucoup de souplesse. Une très belle maison fonctionnelle, située idéalement à proximité de la plage, tout en étant préservée des regards. Bref, on se sent chez soi. Un pur moment de bonheur !

Très belle maison confortable et bien équipée... Idéalement placée.. Impossible d'être plus près de la plage ce qui nous a permis de belles promenades variées selon les marées...
Bien sûr en décembre le temps est forcément aléatoire mais la région est tellement belle que cela compense...
En résumé très bon séjour entre amis...

Super séjour: la maison est moderne, confortable, au calme, située quasiment sur la plage (baignade et pêche à pieds), à 5mn en vélo du centre de Saint-Pierre. En ce beau mois de février nous avons même déjeuné dehors sur la terrasse plein sud. Ç’aurait été parfait si la récepteur TV satellite avait fonctionné: il ne captait rien et le propriétaire n’a pas été en mesure de proposer une solution. 5 étoiles quand même.

La maison est très agréable,bel environnement
Plage toute prête.
Mais grosse déception, nous nous sommes demandés si le ménage avait été fait. Sable dans les douches
Cheveux dans les lits
Four très gras
Poussière sur les cafetières ect.. photos à l appui si vous vous voulez.
Dommage car ce sejour aurait pu être idéal
On a quand même du faire le ménage en arrivant.Pour le prix de la location. On s attend a un intérieur super propre
