Logement un peu vieillot et défraîchi, largement compensé par sa situation proche de tout et sa vue sur mer.

Ancien logement duplex, très bien situé. Il n'y a qu'a descendre et on se retrouve sur la plage! Le logement est un peu vieillot (couette usée mais chaude, ancien meuble,présence de tapisserie "tissu" à l'étage....c'est vieillot mais propre)mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour y vivre. La boulangerie est à 5 minutes. Possibilité de préparer un repas ou de se faire livrer...nous y retournerons certainement,tout simplement ,nous ne sommes pas exigeants.

L'atout de cet appartement est bien évidemment son emplacement exceptionnel (seul bâtiment sur 3km de plage à se situer directement sur la plage et pas derrière une route ou une promenade : la mer arrive au pied de l'immeuble à marée haute, personne ne passe devant vos fenêtres, aucune nuisance !). Le tarif n'est pas donné et on pourrait donc souhaiter que le logement soit irréprochable, mais on paye avant tout l'emplacement. Un petit rafraichissement serait le bienvenu mais rien de rédhibitoire
