Lovely place, great location to hike into the nearby villages, host is extremely kind and thoughtful to guests needs, we would highly recommend. Great local Pizza delivered to the door. Airconditioning really qiuet.
The bed is a bit too soft. More instructions for checkin before arrival and checkout before departure would be helpful to guests.

Bon accueil et conseils sur les visites. La disponibilité des propriétaires. Le logement est propre et à proximité d’un arrêt de bus pour aller à la Spezia et Porto Venere.
Éloigné de la gare et du centre de La spezia mais arrêt de bus à proximité du logement.

Bien placé pour visiter car parking gratuit proche de l’hébergement et arrêt de bus pour ce rendre en ville ou gare pour les cinque terre .

The room and area was decent enough. Remotely located which was what I like.
The bed bottom was cracked and sagged and with a 5” foam mattress was an awful sleep. The a/c would quit through the night and very thin walls that can hear everything upstairs and side apartments. We set up for cleaning on days we would be away that never happened and then the next day when we were in to rest and relax she came by numerous times knocking on the door to clean. We set up for cleaning the next day but she never came. Plan for this or you run out of important things needed. Ie. TP 🧻
