It was a nice quiet house with lovely views and central for sightseeing. It said breakfast not included but the host very kindly provided a cereal & toast breakfast with no time limit.
Very friendly host and nothing seemed any trouble. She even lent us her iron & board. We very much enjoyed our stay and the bed was super comfortable.
The only issue was that we were there early April and it was cold - hail & wind. The host did not have the heating on and at one point I had to ask for heating as our room was cold.

Spacious room with a wood floor and a sofa for sitting on the upper floor. A friendly welcome from Katrina. We slept very well
Needs attention to cleaning. Dust in the corners and debris under the settee. Window blinds and window frames were dirty. Bedside lights faulty. Nobody seemed to have noticed that the fridge wasn't working. The bread for breakfast was mouldy, The yoghurt put out for guests were off (one was two months out of date). Breakfast area was cramped and untidy

The location and the owner are great.
Quite unclean, floor is sticky didn't even want to take our shoes off.
Used lids of drinks on the coffee table, a big mess under the bed.
The smell in the room was quite a surprise, almost felt like sleeping in a bed which wasn't cleaned for some time.
Kitchenette and the utensils also looked like someone ate and put them back for someone else to use, so we skipped it all just for that.
Could use a revamp for sure!
