About this villa rental
Holiday home for up to 8-10 people on the interior countryside, surrounded by 10 thousand m2 of orange groves, between Ondara and Beniarbeig, but only 15-20 minutes by car from the sandy beach Les Deveses. For all vacationers the privacy and some seclusion from the tourist hustle and bustle is important, this modern and very well equipped holiday villa suites perfect. Surrounded by lots of orange trees that spread a beautiful scent in the flowering time, is the fully fenced property of Villa Azahar, with 2 floors and a large garage in the basement. All facilities such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and shops can be reached in a maximum of 10 minutes by car. The surrounding well-known holiday destinations such as Denia, Javea, Els Poblets and Vergel are between 10 and 20 minutes away by car, as well as various beaches. The property offers a magnificent view of the valley to the sea, as well as the surrounding mountains. The large, mediterranean landscaped garden, and the private pool, but also the covered terrace with dining area and large gas grill make up the ideal ambience to spend relaxing holidays with family and friends. The house has 2 floors, with a modern kitchen, living area and a 3-bedroom wing on the main floor. On the upper floor there is another bedroom, as well as another bedroom with extra TV and double bed. An ideal holiday home for all those seeking relaxation, large and small groups.
Important to know :Because of the wind situation its not possible to provide parasols in this property. Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 1.000,00 is required. The access to this property has to be via a rural driveway. Please consult with your rental agency concerning car type. Main floor:

Beautiful villa, all rooms good sizes.
Lovely pool area, bbq area, gardens, tv room, Nintendo switch for the kids was a nice addition.
Definitely need to arrange a car from airport for transfers and to get around. A little rural but enjoyed the quietness. Lovely towns not too far away worth visiting.
Would definitely book this villa again.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, toll eingerichtet und sauber. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten vorort. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, dadurch, dass die Nachbarschaft weit entfernt war, super. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die schmalen Wege zum Haus, waren jedoch bei Dunkelheit etwas schwierig zu befahren. Dadurch, dass der Pool nicht eingezäunt ist, kann man Kleinkinder nicht unbeaufsichtigt im Garten spielen lassen. Zu dem ist der Abstand zwischen den Treppen im Haus, für Kleinkinder sehr gefährlich. Diese könnten leicht durch die Abstände der Treppen, welche ins OG führen, rutschen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wenige Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
