Communication with the owner was excellent. The room was spotless as was the bathroom.
Parking was easy and the property was close to the town centre. Excellent value for money.

Ideal place to stay when in the area for work, rooms exceptionally clean and very comfortable.
Access to the kitchen is a real bonus to eat something hot after a days work.
No ensuite but enough bathrooms that it is not a problem
Convenient shop 50 yards away
a light for the combination box for the key to gain first entry would be useful

the place was so neat,good heating system and a quiet area away from the noise. its a place to be

Clean facilities, room was spotless, free WiFi and TV in room.
Lack of kitchen, there was a small area with microwave, kettle, toaster and a tabletop cooker.
OK if you are eating out every night. But for longer stays I would have liked a full kitchen
$$$$
