Modern clean warehouse conversion in a central location close to quaint downtown Petaluma. Private bedroom downstairs, Private sleeping loft upstairs. One bath with jacuzzi tub. Contemporary furnishings, comfortable beds and stocked kitchen. This 1904 Warehouse also houses Luma Fitness, one of Petaluma's Premiere cross fit gyms, and many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Arguably one of petaluma’s Coolest places.

The place was so cute and looked exactly like the pictures! It was super close to downtown shops and restaurants too! We will definitely stay there again! We forgot a coloring book on the tv console but will reach out to the property manager tomorrow.

This is a really stylish, comfortable apartment with kind people who own it. The bed was perfect. The only fault was due to the people who rent the apartment when VRBO people aren't staying there. They left a mess so our check-in time was pushed back, they took the coffee, tea etc so no drinks for us even though the sugar, etc was set up, and worst of all, they played loud music past 2:00 am. If those renters weren't involved, I think this stay would have been perfect.
