About this villa rental
In the heart of 'Breton Riviera'
South Finistere, between Cap-Coz and Beg-Meil, stunning view on Baie de la Forêt and Concarneau at a distance, sheltered by this large bay and the high trees of its private park, surrounding 2 white-sand beaches, this villa offers all of modern comfort.
Ideal for many water activities such as swimming, sailing, dinghy-boating and also golfing.
You find in the vicinity: the Glenan islands, Bénodet (casino and sea water therapy), pointe de la Torche (surfing), Quimper, Concarneau and Beg-Meil 12 km-long sand dunes.
Local fooding includes crêpes, cider and sea food from the local fishermen (prawns, crabs...)
You will enjoy Quimper and its cobblestone streets, Concarneau and Fête des filets bleus, Lorient and Celtic festival, Brest and its aquarium, Douarnenez and its maritime museum.
Access by motorway, train, plane and ferry-boat.
The 3-story buiding offers:
- ground floor: kitchen, living room with sofa and dining table, toilets
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (double bed 160 x 200 cm and twin beds 90 x 190 cm), bathroom (bath tub with shower), separate toilets
- 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms under the roof (each with 2 beds 90 x 190 cm), shower
Fully furnished.
Garden furnitures provided.
Barbecue set.
Outside shower.
We do not accept dogs and cats.
Change over day Saturday.

A gracious and elegant house, right in the beach. This house is a timeless beauty, perfectly situated between two small, picturesque coves. The house is welcoming and well equipped, it's hard to leave it for the outside world.

We had a very nice time in a pretty, historic bathhouse in the 19th century Chateau du Bot Conan above it. The unique location right next to two small sandy bays creates a special holiday atmosphere and we really enjoyed our time in Bot Conan. The holiday home is tastefully furnished, we particularly liked the antique spiral staircase. The furnishings are comprehensive but simple, with some obvious signs of wear and tear. Everything was very clean, on arrival we found a small welcome gift (bottle of cider, jar of jam), toilet paper and basic kitchen items such as coffee, oil, spices, garbage bags, etc. were available. The beds and mattresses were comfortable. We received a very friendly welcome from the German-speaking house owner. All arrangements were straightforward, the final cleaning is to be paid for on arrival. All in all, a really great, highly recommended holiday home, there are two points of criticism or maybe they are not really points of criticism but just our personal expectations that were not fully met: 1. the location is anything but isolated: both sandy beaches are very frequently visited, in high season you only have quiet moments early in the morning or late in the evening 2. the rather high price is probably due to the special location and history of the building, although we would have hoped for a sofa on which you can make yourself comfortable in the evening.

Incredibly pretty and relaxing spot right on the beach. It is a very charming period property which for me makes it all the more special. Directions should include that you turn in by the camping field as it was hard to find!
