Our family-friendly apartment is located directly behind the dike, just a few minutes walk from the long sandy beach and the center Duhner.
Opposite is the adventure playground and the Adventure Golf Park.
The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the 5th Floor and is easily reached by elevator.
From the roof terrace you have a nice view in a westerly direction to the Wadden Sea.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area with a large couch and a dining area, a kitchen and a bathroom on 60 sqm.
The house also has a heated swimming pool and a sauna. Both were renovated in 2016.

T: 5.10 m
Vehicles that do not comply with these dimensions must be parked outside the property on paid parking lots (approx. EUR 6, - / day). Outdoor parking on the property "Terrace House Duhnen" are not available !!!

Die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man so braucht. Das Terrassenhaus sieht von außen nicht so schön aus, aber es ist sauber und recht ruhig. Der Hausmeister kümmert sich um alles. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, für 4 Personen fehlt allerdings etwas der Platz, aber wenn man alles gut organisiert reicht es. Der Pool im 1EG ist auch sehr schön und eine gute Alternative bei schlechtem Wetter, meine Kinder (3 und 1 Jahr) fanden das Wasser aber etwas zu kalt.
Vom direkt daneben liegenden Campingplatz war einiges an Lautstärke zu hören, vor allem abends. Die Lage des Hauses in Strandnähe ist aber super, man ist mega schnell rübergelaufen zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Man konnte den Urlaub wegen einem nervenden Hausmeister nicht richtig genießen, man fühlte sich immer beobachtet.
Es gibt kein WLAN und es ist schlechter Senderempfang. Man darf während der Corona Zeit nur 2 Std. täglich baden, aber man muss sich davor in eine Liste eintragen(Zimmerwohnung usw.). Wegen dem naheliegenden Campingplatz und eine voll befahrenen Straße kann man keine Ruhe finden. Der Mietpreis ist für diese Wohnung ist zu hoch.
