The villa surrounded by mediterannean trees and a large fenced park affords superb views of the Apuan Alps.

The property is really nice, very modern, comfortable and very clean.
We have found everything we need, nothing is missing.
It is a 2-minute drive from the sea. We thank Massimo Conti again for the hospitality that has reserved for us and we hope to return to stay in this lovely house :)

We loved this very large villa in the historic area of Bocca di Magra. The bedrooms were large with plenty of large windows to catch the evening breeze. We enjoyed the large pool area space as well as a relax areas for sharing meals and playing games.
Bocca di Magra is a lovely village with shops restaurants and everything you need.

La casa es muy buena, con excepción del aire acondicionado. Las habitaciones son muy calientes, el aire no baja de 25 grados en su interior, lo que hace imposible estar adentro. Si se prenden los airees a veces se va la luz, pero,ni así, la casa logra una temperatura Buena. Salvo esta dificultad, que no es menor, por que el calor es insoportable, la casa está muy bien, sobretodo la piscina
