The location was fine - I knew where it was, and the price was acceptable - it's just that London prices are crazy. Our host was great - very helpful and obliging.
I feel terrible complaining as our host was so friendly and helpful (which is always a big plus), but the room simply wasn't really big enough for three. My partner and I ended up on the fold-out couch and my son in the bed because the bed isn't really a double bed, unless you're very slim. The bathroom was nice, though, and there were tea and coffee-making facilities, however no milk - as it's a vegan place that's understandable, but oat milk would've been fine, too. As far as I'm concerned, I need something in my morning tea.

The location of the property was great for getting into central London. It was a short walk to the underground and buses. It was extremely useful to have a parking space outside the house.
We received a very warm welcome from the host when we arrived and he demonstrated how to get into the house/room which was very easy. The property was really clean, and we were provided with soft towels and bathroom toiletries.
There was nothing that we didn't like.
We did have a problem with the plug in the bathroom sink, and we fed this back to the host who was responsive and said they would check it.
Although we knew the property didn't have an oven, it would have taken our score up to 10 if there was a microwave with a cooker or alternatively an air fryer. This would not stop us from booking this property again.

The room was cozy and clean, and the host was really nice and welcoming. Loved that it was quiet and had EV parking, super useful!🥰
