The location was excellent. It was a short walk into Lyme Regis, either directly to the beach via Coombe Street or to the top of Broad Street and the Gardens via Sherbourne Lane. The property was clean and well-provisioned with furniture and cooking equipment in the kitchen. It was quiet at night, although the seagulls were noisy in the early morning; having stayed in various properties in this area, most of Lyme has this issue. The welcome basket was much appreciated! The showers were good, and the beds were comfortable. A bonus was having a garage to park the car in at the garage at the rear of the property.
This property did not have food basics such as salt and pepper in the kitchen, and it would be helpful if this were listed in the details for the property so people could come prepared. We had an issue locking the door from the inside a few times, and it took some trying of various methods of shutting and turning before the door was finally locked. There were no such issues unlocking the door from the outside. The pillows were flat, and even using a couple wasn't that comfortable.

Excellent location and facilities. It was perfect for a weekend away with friends. The dining table was great for meals and boardgames. The welcome gifts were very lovely. Beds were very comfy too.
There was a TV and some DVDs, but there was no DVD Player to watch them on.
Boiler makes a jarring sound when using the shower.
The property is well insulated, but condensation can build up quickly in the hallway.
