Appartamento molto grande e ben pulito. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Grande potenzialità estiva per il giardino e il portico fornito di arredi da esterni. Inoltre è facilmente accessibile anche ai disabili.
Siamo entrati nell'appartamento alle 14.00 come previsto e in casa il termostato ambiente segnava 12° C. Abbiamo immediatamente acceso i termosifoni, ma la temperatura ha raggiunto i 18° C solo alle 21.00. Praticamente per tutto il pomeriggio/sera siamo stati in casa con il cappotto. Sarebbe il caso che i termosifoni vengano accesi qualche ora prima del previsto check in. Inoltre non è facile trovare posto per parcheggiare vicino casa. Di fronte casa c'è un bar e i pochi posti disponibili sono sempre occupati. Anche il posto davanti al cancello carrabile di casa, indicato dal proprietario come parcheggio, è stato sempre occupato. Consiglierei al proprietario di fornire le chiavi del cancello per parcheggiare nel giardino.

Joli appartement très bien équipé. Très bien situé à quelques minutes de marche du centre historique et de plusieurs restaurants. Idéal pour visiter la vallée d'Orcia. Je recommande cette maison.

Close to the city centre of San Quirico d’orcia, 10 min walk distance. Spacious rooms.
1. During our stay, a person entered the garage inside the garden with a key. When I asked the owner about it, she wrote because the garage was rented out to a neighbor who keeps his cars in it. The garage is inside the garden, which has direct assess to the apartment. In terms of privacy and safety, there is a big problem. I already sent this to booking to address this issue.
2. The laundry rack is very dirty.
3. We were asked to throw out the garbage, but the entire property had only one bin with one plastic bag. For categorizing the garbage is very difficult.
