About this villa rental
Villa Enigma is located 63km away from the nearest airport of Heraklion and 2,5km away from the town of Agios Nikolaos.It is built on a hill slope and it has a view of the olive tree fields and the citrus groves to the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and the surrounding area of Elounda and Sitia.It also views the “lacy” beaches of Mirambello Bay where the blue colour of the sea meets the blue of the sky.
The estate consists of 4000m2 of arable, verdant land with 70 olive trees , 30 citrus fruit trees , a vineyard , gardens with vegetables,flowers and herbs and a garden of banana trees which is surrounded by a special net to protect the trees from the strong wind. All the plants as well as the fruits of the generous Cretan land thrive here and the place feels like heaven on earth.
The residence which covers 127m2 of the property has been recently finished(2019) and it has been constructed with natural materials of the area such as stone and wood with a total respect to the natural environment. Moreover there is a pool of 50m2 with a separate jacuzzi of 6 people and outdoor space made of stone with sunbeds for relaxation , sitting areas , dining areas , a barbecue and a wood stove. You can rest with your friends and your family there.

After a long day of travel we were escorted to the property by the host and greeted with a home cooked meal and a bottle of wine! Beds and pillows are very comfortable, outdoor space is amazing. The home is private but very close to downtown. Highly recommend!

Impressed by the place. One can tell that owners really love this place. The distanse to city center is probably measured by Vrbro machine, not really walking distanse but a few minutes drive.
