About this apartment rental
Nice studio with fireplace and spacious bathroom. The apartment is located in the former station of Ballrechten-Dottingen with separate entrance.
The studio has a size of 90 sqm, with the old plank floor of the former "Bahnhöfle" and also an original entrance with the old swinging doors.
To the right of the entrance there is the dining area, large table and six chairs, with small counter and fitted kitchen, with stove, oven, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator, incl. Icebox. There is a Senseokaffeemaschine, a kettle and toaster available. Basics like sugar, olive oil, vinegar, senseotabs, salt and pepper are also available.
Left of the entrance is a small English leather sofa with a direct view of the fireplace. If you want to work, you can live it out at an antique desk and the adjoining area invites you to relax, watch TV or read a living room.
In the alcove is a double bed, 180 cm × 200 cm, large wardrobe with three drawers, linen compartments and generous possibility to put his clothes on hangers.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with winer barrier-free shower, toilet and beautiful sink. Hair dryer, make-up mirror are available.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Sehr Sauber, wunderbare Aufteilung und extrem nette Vermieter. Die Ausstattung war auch hervorragend. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch, mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war herzlich und sehr unkompliziert. Es gab viele nette, ortskundige Tipps. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
