About this villa rental
It is a large family home, spacious and relaxing, classified 4 * tourist office, with furniture of several generations.
You will love the comfort and authenticity.
For 8 people near the beach, halfway between Bandol and Sanary, quiet in residential area.
Very spacious with a living area of 225 m², we have built large living spaces. You will have the Provencal garden of 3000 m², fenced and closed by an automatic gate, you can enjoy the calm with confidence.
Its southern exposure gives you a panoramic view of Bandol 6 Fours.
The house is built on a slightly sloping ground and is on the ground floor on each level.
On the upper level, but on one level: sea view from the terrace and one of the two bedrooms., very large living room with fireplace, dining room, two bedrooms with French doors for direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a bed 160, one with two beds 90, a bathroom with shower and bath, a separate toilet, 2 terraces (one north, one south) the kitchen is directly on the north terrace.
In the kitchen, in addition to a complete crockery you will find dishwasher and refrigerator freezer, electric oven and microwave, coffee maker kettle toaster ...
On the ground floor: 2 other bedrooms, one with 140 bed, one with 2 beds 80 with direct access to the garden, a bathroom and toilet, an equipped kitchenette and a covered terrace.
The pool is 9m x 4m. You see it from the south terrace and the dining room. It is secured by gates and a door with lock .It is obviously private because in our garden.
You can park several cars. A path goes around the house.

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children and totally loved the spacious comfortable property with the beautiful vegetation, and its peaceful environment.
We also appreciated the efficient air conditioning and the excellent wifi signal throughout the property. Catherine is a charming hostess, very discrete and flexible. We would love to return to this beautiful home.
It was an amazing week for us all.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette maison de plein pied très pratique, l'équipement nécessiterait un peu de renouvellement, notamment la cuisine (verres et couverts) et les parasols. Le Wi-Fi se déconnecte très souvent. Cette maison a beaucoup de charme, elle est très bien placée (mais voiture indispensable). Nous y reviendrons volontiers.
