In the heart of the very typical village of Monténo, in Port-Navalo, a beautiful bungalow, very bright, 75 m², completely renovated.
An ideal location, on a quiet street, with the beaches 2 minutes' walk away, and numerous coastal paths nearby.
In the House :
- A beautiful living room, with a TV lounge, a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen.
- Separate toilet + bathroom with shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
- A 1st bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed + dressing room
- A 2nd bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 + a dressing room and an office area.
- At the front and back of the house, 2 small gardens with terraces, furniture and barbecue.

- TNT TV + Wifi
- Bed linen and towels.
- Garage with motorized gate
- Bikes at your disposal.

- Port-Navalo (a few hundred meters): Bakery, bars and restaurants, market, etc..

Wir haben im Juli 2022 einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub in diesem schönen, gepflegten Haus verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts, die Küche war super gut ausgestattet, alles tip top! Ein schöner kleiner Garten und die Garage mit Fahrrädern, besser geht es nicht. Yann ist ein überaus freundlicher Gastgeber. Das Objekt ist auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Petite maison bien agencée et décorée avec goût, dans une rue très calme à quelques pas de la mer. Nous avons profité des vélos mis à disposition pour nous promener alentour. La maison est très bien équipée, que ce soit pour cuisiner ou pour jouer et écouter de la musique.
