Emplacement idéal proche du centre ville et de la plage et du sentier GR magnifique.
Rue uniquement accessible en voiture par les riverains donc très calme.
Appartement lumineux, très propre, bien équipé.
Literie confortable, lit convertible du salon également.
Volet électrique dans le salon bien appréciable pour un sommeil dans l'obscurité.
Parking du port gratuit, facilement accessible à 10/15 minutes à pied de l'appartement, possibilité de garer sa voiture à côté pour charger ses affaires.
Propriétaire arrangeant et très réactif.

Well located bijou apartment near the beach in the centre of Cancale with optional garage parking (not included in the price)
We were informed on arrival that a neighbour’s 16yr old daughter would be having a party. We were kept awake for most of the night by thumping music and screaming teens. I would have appreciated more advance warning so that we could make a decision about changing our reservation. Apart from that, there was also some noise from the apartment upstairs, poor quality bed linen, dated furnishings, a weedy shower and no black out blinds. Perhaps as a concession, the host waived the excessively steep €300 security deposit, opting to photograph our passports instead. Fairly lacklustre all in all.
