The breakfast is less than expected : they have a small breakfast with very limited options (cakes, doughnuts, etc…)
We took breakfast outside the hotel,
Room is with an average condition, clean but with a door directly to the street and no windows

I was disappointed as our accomodation was described as an appartment, but was not such at all, there was not much in the room. It is reasonable value for money and close to Assisi and Santa Maria degli Angeli. You need a car to stay at this hotel.
