Arrived at 19hours, nobody there, just an apartment in a building, finding keys like hunting treasure, but not fun! Very unfriendly lady next morning, asking us to pay in advance, not providing Informations about anything at all...No cleaning service, all the journey, No informations in advance about that on Booking site. They call themselves a “hotel”, wich is not! In fact, it’s a “self cleaning” apartment. They need to learn how to comunicate with tourists and to provide the right informations about the property. Otherwise, seems to be a kind of scam!
