Quietly, it is ideally located 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the playground of Poulafret Paimpol.
The harbor is about 900 meters away and the commercial area is 1 km away.
The GR34 hiking trail is about 30 meters from the house.
On the ground floor, a brand new kitchen, open to the living room (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven ...), 4/5 seater sofa meridian and dining table.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2 beds of 140 and 1 bed of 90) and a bathroom.
Both bedrooms have sea views.

Maison agréable et fonctionnelle
Petit jardin sympa pour profiter du soleil. On a apprécié pouvoir déjeuner dehors.
Les jeux pour enfants à proximité ont fait le bonheur de nos petits enfants.
Attention la route devant la maison est assez dangereuse car juste de l'autre côté de la barrière et assez passante.

Habitation agréable et conforme au descriptif mais situation au ras de la rue très dangereuse et bruyante. La limitation à 30km/h n'est quasiment pas respectée.
