Very bright studio with magnificent sea view in Donville-les-Bains near Granville in charming residence "Ermitage". DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Elevator. Balcony. Private parking. Admire the beautiful sunsets; wake up to the sound of the waves, breathe in the very good sea air. You will enjoy coastal walks and contemplate the sea from the top of the cliffs. Ideal for vacationers who wish to take advantage of the proximity of the sea, for walkers, and business travelers. It includes a living room with 2 bunk beds (140 x 90) + a comfortable 140 x 190 double sofa bed (very comfortable bedding).

Location très bien située pour visiter st malo , la manche et les musées du débarquement de1944. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très sympathiques vraiment à l'écoute et toujours prêts à rendre service. Nous conseillons aux touristes cette location .Nous avons été ravis

Le studio est très agréable et très bien exposé. Pendant notre séjour nous avons eu des températures supérieures à 30 degrés et nous n'avons pas ressenti la chaleur dans l'appartement.
Le propriétaire est d'une extrême gentillesse et accorde une confiance totale ce qui a permis de passer un excellent séjour.
La proximité de la mer est véritablement un plus !
Je recommande sans problème cette location et encore merci à Mr Vautier le propriétaire des lieux.
