About this villa rental
Provencal style villa with lots of charm. Absolute calm. Panoramic 180 degree views, not overlooked. No busy roads nearby. Serenity in the heart of the Cot d’Azur and away from the summer crowds (Cannes and Saint Paul de Vence are at 15km).

The house has two terraces. On the ground floor you will find a pool and a garage, upstairs is the single storey villa, everything is connected by an external staircase made of stone.
Very well equipped, perfect to spend a carefree holiday. The thick walls keep the house cool during summer. You can eat al fresco on the two terraces while contemplating the beauty of Grasse, the capital of perfumes in the world. There is a beautiful enclosed park with trees (centenary olive trees, palm trees, laurel, citrus, aloe and other rare species). Those who love nature will find happiness.

Wir können es kurz machen: Was frühere Gäste auf diese Seite an positiven Bewertungen hinterlassen haben, trifft zu 100 Prozent zu. Für unsere Bedürfnisse und Ansprüche - Grosseltern, Eltern, Kleinkind, Hund - war einfach alles perfekt in der schmucken Villa auf Peyloubette: Lage, Umgebung, Pool, Zimmeraufteilung, Küche, Komfort, Ausstattung, Service durch die Gastgeber - ideal auch die Bedingungen für die einjährige Enkelin und die dreijährige Mopsdame. So charmante, unbeschwerte und problemlose Ferien haben wir im Süden schon lange nicht mehr genossen. 10 Punkte auf einer Skala von 10!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Egal ob große Kühlschrank-Gefrierkombination, Mixer, Backofen, Ceranfeld, Kaffeemaschinen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine oder elektrischer Grill, dass Haus ist super ausgestattet und Herr Stephan ein sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Es verfügt darüber hinaus über Rollläden, über die alle Zimmer komplett abgedunkelt werden können. Auf den beiden Terrassen oben kann man den Meerblick genießen und von der Terrasse unten kühle Stunden am Pool.
Das Auto kann in der Garage geparkt werden. Einzig mit Fahrzeugen die einen geringen Bodenabstand und langen Radstand aufweisen dürften Probleme bei der Auffahrt bekommen (Audi A6).
Die Gegend ist ruhig, die Einheimischen sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hervorragend (Lecrerc, Markt in Valbonne) und die Qualität der Ware top. Im Hinterland erwartet einen das Schönste, was die Natur zu bieten hat. Die Gegend ist sauber, wenig Besiedelt und die Natur nahezu unberührt - chapeau. Wir kommen gerne wieder und wollen uns an dieser Stelle nochmals für die tolle Gastfreundschaft bedanken.
Une maison de vacances très belle et bien entretenue qui répond à tous les souhaits. Qu'il s'agisse d'un grand réfrigérateur-congélateur, d'un mixeur, d'un four, de plaques vitrocéramiques, de machines à café, d'un lave-linge, d'un lave-vaisselle ou d'un barbecue électrique, la maison est super équipée et Monsieur Stéphan est un hôte très attentionné. Elle dispose en outre de volets roulants qui permettent d'obscurcir complètement toutes les pièces. Les deux terrasses en haut permettent de profiter de la vue sur la mer et la terrasse en bas offre des heures de fraîcheur au bord de la piscine.
La voiture peut être garée dans le garage. Seuls les véhicules ayant une faible distance au sol et un empattement long risquent d'avoir des problèmes pour accéder au garage (Audi A6).
La région est calme, les habitants très prévenants et aimables, les possibilités d'achat sont excellentes (Lecrerc, marché de Valbonne) et la qualité des produits est top. Dans l'arrière-pays, ce que la nature a de plus beau à offrir t'attend. L'environnement est propre, peu peuplé et la nature presque intacte - chapeau. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et nous tenons à vous remercier encore une fois pour votre formidable hospitalité.
