EMPFANG/VERMIETER:
Diese Umstände muss ich als allererstes aufführen: Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist/war schlichtweg hervorragend (fließend englisch!). Der Grillempfang am Haus war eine schöne und äußerst nette Geste. Wir haben in den folgenden Gesprächen ganz viele Insider-Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Die Abwicklung war äußerst unkompliziert und sehr vertrauenswürdig. Selbst nach der Abreise wurden wir per SMS noch mit weiteren Insider-Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten/Restaurants/Bars unseres Zwischenziels Rijeka unterstützt. Alles in allem wirklich hervorragend freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett.
UNTERKUNFT:
Wir haben uns dieses Haus in den Bergen zu viert geteilt (2 Pärchen Ende 20). Durch die gute Beschreibung konnten wir es auf Anhieb finden. Die lange Auffahrt auf die 800m über dem Meeresspiegel zum Haus, bietet an vielen Stellen bereits einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die Insel Rab, wie man ihn sonst wahrscheinlich nur selten zu sehen bekommt.
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich abgelegen. Das einzige was man dort hört, sind die Grillen - sonst absolut entspannende Ruhe. Für jeden perfekt der den Alltag mal für ein paar Tage vergessen will.
Die Ausstattung ist ortsbedingt spartanisch und funktional, jedoch auch umfangreich im Hinblick auf Geschirr, Gläser und Küchenausstattung. Die Feuerstelle auf der Terrasse, sowie in der Küche wurde von uns gerne und oft auch fürs Grillen genutzt. Die Betten und das Haus sind Insgesamt sehr sauber, bequem und gepflegt.
Man muss sich wirklich auf die Gegebenheiten einlassen und sich arrangieren können hinsichtlich Warmwasser, Strom und sonstige "Standards" von zu Hause. Jemand, der bisher nur Hotelanlagenurlaube kennt, wird hier vermutlich nicht 100% glücklich.
Die Belohnung ist allerdings hoch: Der klare Sternenhimmel, die Sonnenauf- und untergänge, sowie die Zentralität trotz Abgeschiedenheit, haben uns besonders gut gefallen. In nur 15-20 Minuten schafft man es zum nächsten Badestrand/Meer und auf die Fähre nach Rab. Auch die nahe gelegene Insel Pag ist schnell erreicht. Für uns war das Kriterium der geringen Entfernungen zu unseren Zielorten (Pag, Rab, Senj, Plitwitzer Seen usw) entscheidend.
FAZIT: Eine tolle Erfahrung und absolute Ruhe für alle die sich auf die umliegende Natur einlassen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
