The experience of staying here was one I will always remember. Excellent hospitality from Raffaella and her family. The breakfast was also truly incredible. So many great things to say in one review between the beauty of the property, the family owned wines - Carilus, and the location that was perfect and a short driving distance to a number of vineyards. Definitely stay here if you want a place to stay that is in the heart of Valpolicella.
That I didn’t book it for an entire week. If I knew it was going to be this amazing, I would have stayed longer.

La Caminella was so special - gorgeous part of the world with beautiful rooms and grounds. Raffaela’s cooking was amazing and the dogs/cats just made the place so special for the whole family. I hope we’ll be back!

Absolutely super find. Right in the heart of wine country (I was visiting the Masi winery nearby). House is gorgeous - like a fairytale stone dollhouse. The host family were lovely - complimentary wine from the state on arrival plus they made us an early breakfast because we had to check out early to dirve to Milan airport the next day. Their dogs are cute as buttons too. All in all i think it was th best value accommodation we had in Italy.
