The house is very clean, brand new. the view is beautiful. The beach is very close as well as a small supermarket.
The owner lives in the neighborhood, so for any problem he is available to arrange things (we had a problem with internet).
The location of the house is also good, nice restaurants, good food and beautiful views.
We thought the house had a beach front and the pool. Be careful because the pictures and the text in Booking.com confused us. In fact the owner is dealing with diferent houses, so check your choice to avoid surprises. We were a bit disapointed with that point. Otherwise we had a very pleasent stay.

The villa is nicely located on a walkway by the sea (the Kotor Bay) and has its own cozy beach on the other side of the walkway (separated by a fence). The host Petar is a very friendly and positive person, cares of guests and the villa. My apartment was clean and well-furnished for one-two week stay. The place itself is calm and relaxing. I enjoyed my stay and hope to come again.
