Great location: quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of the historic centre, restaurants, and bars. Free and easy parking with a private garage was a big plus. The apartment was clean, spacious, cosy, and well equipped, with very comfortable beds and good bedding. Sound insulation was better than most places we stayed in Tours. The terrace, bright dining area, and smooth self check-out were also appreciated.
A few minor issues: the oven caused the power to trip and couldn’t be used, there were no instructions for the fireplace (making heating a bit difficult), and a little noise came through an internal wooden door. Some minor maintenance points as well (lightbulbs to check in the bathroom, awkward wardrobe doors).

Good location to historic centre and nearby amenities.Ample room in apartment. Good heating.Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed.
Periodical noise from neighbours above us, late at night.. TV did not work. Management did try to solve it but no luck.

La fenêtre de la chambre ne peut pas complétement occultée la nuit et c'est gênant!
Il n'y avait de petits cadeaux d’accueil comme c'est souvent le cas!
