Das wunderschöne Haus bietet viel Platz auch für grosse Familien. Zudem hat es genügend Badezimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich gut. Direkt um die Ecke liegt ein wunderschöner Stadtstrand. Alles ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Die zwei Frauen, die das Haus verwalten waren sehr gut erreichbar und zuverlässig.
