About this villa rental
A stunning villa on the top of the mountain overlooking the ocean and islands . The villa comes with multiple terraces, gardens, 2 swimming pools and one mini pool, unfolding on the landscape; very attractive for those who seek reclusiveness as well as for those who seek formal and informal gathering areas. We have an excellent chef and his wife does the cleaning and helps serving the table. They serve 3 meals a day and the staff hours are from 7.30 AM to 10 PM.

Chef and maid were excellent. We ended up eating 90% of are meals at the house.Overall the house was nice, but it could use some TLC Thanks for the great time!

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this amazing and authentic property. The host was attentive and kind, the staff was helpful from the start. The home is gorgeous and fun. We especially loved the third pool on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Views, sunsets, service, food, all amazing.

The photos don't do this place any justice! It was better than expected. We had the most wonderful time! Excellent location nestled in the middle of the jungle. The communication with Agnes was also great. We have stayed at many houses with staff, but this was by far the best staff we've had. The chef was top-notch! They prepared the most delicious meals daily and spoiled all of us! We will definitely be back!

Our first stay in the Ixtapa area. We did extensive research and wanted a house to be away from the crowds (COVID) and to relax. We picked the perfect house. It is ideally located, West facing on the Ixtapa bay, which provided amazing views and perfect sunsets. The house has so much character and would be perfect for up to 3 families or 4 couples. There is plenty of living space and lots of spots to congregate or find alone time. The best part was the hospitality of Tello and Juanita. The food was AMAZING! Tello works with you to map out what you want every day, and he does such a nice job with the selection, quality and any needs you have. I learned how he makes the hot salsa, guacamole and chocolate mousse. Juanita keeps things clean and help Tello make his magic.We used Manuel to book our tours (zip lining, city tour and fishing). Growing up in the area, we felt welcomed by him and trusted him to ensure we had a great time.The beach is a 200 foot and a funicular ride away (funicular was getting maintenance) or a quick van ride to the bottom of the hill. My daughter enjoyed the custom coffees at the Pacifica resort every day, which allowed me to get in some steps.Agnus, the property manager was super helpful preparing us. She arranged for a taxi to/from the airport so we didn't need a rental car. We are definitely booking here again.
