对于游客来说或许这位置非常好，对于要去展会的人来说这个位置很不方便，在市中心要买ZTL限行区的票（但这个我是来之前就已经知道并做好准备的，房东很贴心给了我指示告知附近的停车场以及进市中心的ZTL如何购买），还有bologna市中心的路实在是太小太难开了，当然这些只是我入住后的一些客观感受，并非民宿里面有不好的地方。
卫生，感觉很多地方没有打扫，有灰尘。

Posizione eccellente, appartamento pulitissimo, accogliente, caldo ,con ogni accuratezza per ogni necessità, 3 bagni poi è fantastico, l'appartamento era luminoso tenuto bene ,ci ritorneremo il prima possibile

La calefacción y los tres baños,muy grandes y cómodos.
En la cocina todo lo necesario.
La terraza genial.
Que una de las habitaciones no tuviese puerta.

Very dark ground floor flat that never got any direct sun.One bedroom had a curtain instead of a door and no window.Another bed was in the kitchen and one was in the hallway with no walls or door to give any privacy.
The flat was cold and damp and when we complained about this we were told to use the A/C but the heating function did not work.I slept with my clothes on under two duvet covers.The oven was very dirty so I did not use it.
