About this villa rental
Old sheepfold overlooking the valley of the Eygues, this villa was completely renovated in 2015. Today transformed into a modern and functional dwelling, it remains "nestled" in its park of forests and meadows of 26 hectares - ideal for holidaymakers looking for calm in the green!
The villa counts:
- 5 bedrooms, 4 with double beds and one with 2 single bunk beds
- 2 bathrooms and separate toilets
- 1 very large living / dining room with kitchen in the American style (~ 100m2). The kitchen is fully equipped (including Nespresso coffee machine and coffee maker, waffle appliances, raclette, fondue ...)
- 1 outdoor pool 4x8m (unheated)
- 1 set of terraced garden
- 1 trampoline
- 1 gas BBQ
Note that the villa is 1km from a SuperU Express very well stocked and very reasonable price ...
The region offers many varied activities, for example:
- Panoramic hikes (or equestrian) in the immediate surroundings
- village of Rémuzat and lake of the Pas des Ondes (15-30mn)
- site of Saint May where nest more than 200 vultures (20mn)
- Buis-les-Baronnies, Nyons and its market (35mn)
- Mont Ventoux, Vaison la Romaine and its ruins, Grignan and its castle (1h)

This is a comfortable house with a lovely view. The house itself is big with new and spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds are pretty comfortable as well. It has a good sized swimming pool and some outdoor space. The surrounding areas are beautiful with dramatic hills all around. All in all we had a lovely week and we hope to return with more of our family.

Tolles Haus, sehr schöne Lage, wunderschöne Umgebung. Extrem netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir haben den Aufenthalt zusammen mit den zwei Familien (Kinder ab 8 Jahre) sehr genossen. Mehr Beschattung wäre gut gewesen. Manches steckt in der Entwicklung. Wo findet man schon Kicker, Billard und Pool? Die Küche war exzellent ausgestattet. Es gibt wirklich alles! Der Blick auf die Gänsegeier hat uns glücklich gemacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Our stay at Verclause was wonderfull, the house and garden are great with everything you need in the middle of nature.
Maxime is a fantastic host, we all enjoyed it very much.
