Everything was great, the place is new, rooms are comfortable, the terrace is big, almost as big as the room so you have place to eat and enjoy. Cleanliness was perfect! Maria is a great person and she is there for anything you need. Only thing they could change is to put a bigger billboard or sign. The beach is 2 min walk.

Just came over to Nikiti for a scuba dive. Apartment is rather basic and complex sits right there on a piece of land. No direct eye sight of a sea. No particular charm. If treated as a simple lodging - sounds fine. I found price to be attractive.
Check in was a bit of improvised with my own initiative taken.
