As a 1st time stay at a Disney hotel, my expectations are high, it fell short.
Room corridors are so long, unfortunately we had a room almost at the end of the corridor.
The room are pretty basics,, kind of dated a lil bit.
Water/amenities are only given once throughout your entire stay, and to top up your water, you have to walk back the whole corridor again, wished they had a few water refill points.
And you have to carry your own luggage to your room unless you request for the porter’s help.
Other than that, the staffs are great.
And with the price point, I might consider other Disney hotels in the area.

There is no assistance provided for carrying luggage during check-in and check-out. Additionally, the staff knock on the door repeatedly—up to five times—before the official check-out time, starting early in the morning

We went here for my birthday and I was looking forward to a magical experience, as constantly advertised by Disney. It was hit and miss. Some staff were lovely, and some just meh. The lady who checked us in kindly walked us to our far far away room and made sure everything was ok, but the lady who answered the phone when we tried to order room service told us it is not open until 9am, and then when we called to clarify since the published open time is at 7am told us it is not open for us because WE ARE NOT A PRIORITY. No guest wants to hear that. We also did feel that we were not a priority since housekeeping wasn't thorough in cleaning our room and did not replenish our supplies. The room was nice enough but attention to detail could be improved. The hero item was the TV with the Disney theme. Service was generally slow. We get it's a large hotel but maybe get a large staff too? The place is not cheap so the long and slow queues and unavailability of services and being called "non priority" cannot be ignored. Food is just ok, no Disney touch or design. Good location still, but just do not expect any magic here.
