Location was good , room was neat. Mall on the bottom floors was convenient. Eating places galore.

We stay here every year - great location & AMAZING breakfast with a huge choice that is very international - really sets you up for the day. Rooms are large, comfortable & quiet - staff are friendly & helpful. The hotel is above the Glory Mall where there are shops including a supermarket & restaurants - all very convenient.
I think they could make more of the bar area as you enter the hotel - it lacks atmosphere & is not an especially pleasant place to sit & socialise.

Near mall very convenient. Laundry machine was very useful
The bed was uncomfortable. The cleaning was suboptimal; when we checked in, the room was very dusty, as if no one had stayed in it for decades. The air conditioning was not cold; you need to leave the door open, otherwise it becomes suffocating and humid. The furniture was overused and torn. The entire hotel needs a major facelift.
