The host and staff were first class. I was messaged before my arrival so I had a contact to make last minute arrangements.
It was perfect, nothing to dislike. Everything was lovely.

The venue was clean, in very good repair, well equipped even had a microwave.
The bed was comfortable and there was little light pollution.
The host was very helpful.
Breakfast was very well organised and cooked. In fact I couldn’t ask for more! Excellent value for money.
This guest house is an absolute gem.

Great facilities in the room - quiet, clean and comfortable. Parking right outside. Fantastic breakfast cooked to order - fresh and delicious.
A kingsize bed is our preference.

The Receptionist finding us a room when, according to her records, we were not expected and the Guest House was full. Not what we needed after a long journey.
Breakfast was very good.
Hard to write a fair review given that Church Farm Guest House were not expecting us - despite Booking.com confirming our booking and taking payment in advance. The Manageress promised to let us know what had happened but we have heard nothing.
Lighting in room was poor - hard to read in bed.
