About this house rental
This beautiful bungalow house of 80 sqm is located in the valley of the mountain of the small village Sampzon.
It is located on a 3500 sqm plot, so you can enjoy the peace and nature to the fullest. Parking is available on the property.
The house has a covered terrace, which is equipped with wooden terrace furniture and a Weber charcoal grill.
The house can accommodate up to 5 people.
The windows and the front door were completely new in 2019. There are fly screens on most windows, so you can ventilate evenings without any problems.
There is a closed bedroom with a double bed, a plateau under the roof (accessible via a fixed ladder) with 2 single beds and a sofa bed that stands in a niche.
In the middle of the spacious and open kitchen is a dining table with 6 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with everything important (incl. Fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, Senseo machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes etc.)
An iron, ironing board, hair dryer and clothes horse are available.
In the living room area there is next to the comfortable seating still a closed fireplace (for use).
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, a sink, toilet and a washing machine. In the bathroom there is a heater.
Bed linen and towels must be brought by yourself.
Inner duvets and pillows are provided.
From the property there are various beautiful hiking trails that invite to short or longer walks. A riverbed is also located directly below the property.
A nice destination is for example the church on the mountain of Sampzon, from which one has a wonderful view over the whole valley.
The house is absolutely in the countryside and you hear the crickets and the birds chirping ... There are no road noise. Only a neighbor who drives past ...
Numerous swimming areas, shops, cafes and restaurants can be reached in a short time by car (not possible on foot).
The town of Ruoms can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. There is a large supermarket, bakery, butcher, wine shop, hardware store etc.
In Ruoms there is a small shopping street with many shops, restaurant and cafes.
Other attractions and things to do nearby:

- Canoeing
- stalactite caves
- Swim
- Karting, Squad, Motorcross
- Hike
- Cycle
- Horse riding

Foto’s komen niet meer overeen met het huisje nu. Netheid was maar 3 sterren. Je kon ook niet zelf wat poetsen. Helaas heel veel insecten in het huisje. Kevers en zaagsel vielen gewoon uit het plafond. Kids vonden het spijtig dat er geen tv of WiFi was na een dagje zwembad en uitstapjes. Maar desondanks deze negatieve puntjes toch een leuke vakantie gehad.
