The property is close to Timisoara shopping city, a medium sized mall in town. The area is quiet and calming. Also the apartments have all the facilities you need (except for dishwashers) and are modestly decorated.
We’ve had a stay before and we had a washing machine. This time we did not. Maybe it was not in the particular room spec we booked, but we expected a washing machine.

Simple check-in.
The charging station is available only with a local application install. There is a metal smell in the apartment.

Аlmost everything.
1. Wi-Fi disappeared from time to time. We had to use Hotpoint from our phones. Must be fixed.
2. There was only one one small casserole and the stove tray. Kitchen utensils should be enriched with several small, medium, and larger pots, trays, and pans, potato and cucumber peeler, mosquito nets for visitors with longer stay.
3. А toaster would be good for breakfast.

The apartment is quite far from the city center; however, it is very close to a shopping center.
It was very clean and comfortable.
We only communicated with our host via WhatsApp, as the self check-in and self check-out procedures were in place (probably because of the pandemics), which was very convenient for us (we arrived very late).
Indeed, as some other guests pointed out, there is a car service (and I think other type of business/office as well) in the same building/complex.
However, I would like to point out that, although our apartment was facing the inner courtyard (where the car service and other offices were), there was no disturbance whatsoever. The windows did a pretty good job at isolating noise-wise and we were not bothered at all.
