Standing property exclusively for vacation rentals and high-end.
With a total surface area of approximately 160 m², it is located in a quiet area between the countryside and the city center. In a dominant position, the garden is enclosed and planted. The entire property enjoys one of the best 180 ° views from Vaison la Romaine: Mont Ventoux, old town, Roman theater and surrounding mountains.
Recently built it offers comfort based on the highest standards of the holiday rental.

- Large south-facing terraces with access day area and pool with a lounge, a dining room, and a spacious open kitchen with center island
- Large master bedroom on the ground floor with shower, private toilet and dressing. This room can accommodate up to 4 people if necessary.
- Upstairs:
Two bedrooms with double bed 160 cm, private bathroom and WC, one with access to panoramic balcony.
A special room "children" with two bunk beds and private bathroom.
Outside:
- Traditional pool with a length of 11 meters, salt filtration system, less aggressive for the skin
- Pool beach with loungers
- Panoramic south terrace sheltered by a large blind

The whole is closed with access by an automatic gate.

Fantastic property with quality fittings and fixtures. Excellent electric canopy that offer shade so you can enjoy the stunning views from the garden. Very quiet location even though in a housing estate. Secure boundaries, which was essential for our dogs. Highly recommend this property. Perfect base to travel to the Med coast or the Ardèche for day trips.

negativ:
more than 5min walk to get to the center of Vaison-la-Romaine
beds are not very comfortable ( mattress maybe too old?)
air conditioning is only one unit! Not enough to keep the temperature pleasant. Above all when there are 40+ degrees…even at 30+ the air conditioning had some problems to cool down. FYI: 30+ degrees happens very often during the summer periods in that region.
cooking with 3 hotplates is not enough for 8 people. And it’s an old one… not highend.
cooking pots are very old and near to broken. Needs to be replaced.
Information for EV-Driver: 1kw max for loading - did not use it.
No supercharger in the area. Tesla Supercharger, Orange at 30min drive.
Washing machine is in the garage.
Overall the stay was good but not perfect and not related to the price we paid for 2 weeks.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. We were warmly greeted and given helpful details and instructions for our week's stay. The owners also provided great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to dine at.
The kitchen was well and thoughtfully equipped, bedrooms clean and comfortable, bathrooms for every bedroom, the living and dining rooms were nicely furnished and we loved the outdoor dining and pool area. The house has an amazing view on the Mont Ventoux.
The town of Vaison la Romaine and surrounding area were wonderful...there wasn't any need for us to venture far as there was plenty to do locally and we found that most of the time we enjoyed just relaxing at the house.
The excursions out of town we liked were Fontaine de Vaucluse, hiking the Dentelles Montmirail, driving to the top of Mt. Ventoux and daily road bike rides in the surrounding countryside of Vaison La Romaine.
We were so happy with this house and with our October stay in Vaison la Romaine. The house itself is fully as advertised - everything spacious and comfortable.
We will definitely stay again next year at this beautiful house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
