This unit has rustic charm with all the comforts.

The unit is a Studio back house attached to the main house.
This space is completely private with a separate entrance.
Beautiful Sun-lit cottage with wood floors and wood walls.
One 12x12 Main room/bedroom with a queen bed.
This main room looks out over the backyard where hummingbirds, songbirds and sparrows live. Very peaceful.
A walk in closet adjoins the Main Room but serves more as a writing area and closet area.
Bathroom has a claw foot tub for a relaxing soak and is also a Shower.
Kitchenette is a very small space that is the entry to the unit. There is a sink, mini fridge, hot plate, toaster oven/convection oven, microwave and coffee press. This is a small kitchenette it does not have a full oven only a toaster oven. Perfect for small easy meals made on a hot plate.
Always stocked with Sparkletts purified water, coffee and tea.

Orthopedic Pillow and Mattress top with two regular pillows also.

Friendly hostess, very clean place, location is amazing and neighbourhood very safe. Cute appartment with enough space for a couple incl. Parking possibilities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rachel's home! It was a lovely, if small / cozy, space that worked perfectly as a home base throughout our few days in Santa Monica. Easy to find, great neighborhood, very clean and home-y, and Rachel was very helpful.

It is a great place to stay for a few days. It's nice to have a little place for yourself, instead of a big hotel or something. Additionally, the garden is very nice. The hostess, Rachael, is very helpful and kind.
