The unit was not clean upon arrival, but he sent a cleaning crew out a day later. Microwave was broken for couple days then Manager brought a new one. Last two days hot water stop working.

There are two rooms, each with two double beds in them. One of the rooms has a full-sized fridge, microwave, and small table. The other has a closet and connects to the bathroom.
We were two college students and a professor in town for a conference, so this is good if you are a group looking to save some money. It worked perfectly for us since we didn't spend much time there. It would be harder for anyone needing to cook full meals, but for us, it was great. The price was reasonable, too.
The location is good, as you can easily get on the highway. Check-in and check-out were super easy and convenient. The place was clean and in decent shape. The next door neighbour has a dog that barks a lot but it was not really an issue for the most part.
