About this apartment rental
Only 5 minutes walk to the sea and the marina, isolated at the same time by the crowds on the beaches and in the restaurants, ideal for a quiet holiday in nature for a family. From one side the house faces the sea and from the other to the forest and the olive groves.
The apartment is always pleasantly air conditioned, with satellite TV and fast Wi-Fi internet at your disposal. Fully equipped for a family. Bed linen is changed weekly and towels twice a week. Protected from mosquitoes, with nets on all windows and additional repellents if necessary. All the pleasures are free.
The house has ample parking for large and small cars and trailers, always at your disposal. In the garden also barbecue can be used.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Petrcane. Our hosts were charming and offered us vegetables from the garden and eggs from their hens, making us feel "at home". The apartment is fine for two people but would be rather cramped for 4 adults. There is a spacious balcony from which you can see the sea. It has everything necessary (except wine glasses!) but some of the furniture is a bit "tired" and could do with replacing.It is situated in a large property in a quiet side street just a few minutes' walk from the waterfront, beach, cafés and restaurants. There are small supermarkets and a post office in the village. Zadar is 15 minutes away, and we especially liked the walled town of Nin, which has an excellent sandy beach (rare in Croatia!).On the whole we spent a very good time in Petrcane and would happily go back.Margaret and David

Stayed for 11 days thank god for the aircon as heat was immense! Short walk from the front not many bars a few restaurants

This place was just perfect! Such a wonderful and quiet getaway. So convenient to everything around us. Gorgeous views and any interaction with the hosts was great. It made for some incredible memories. Thank you for having us!!
