About this apartment rental
Brand new attic of about 85 square meters. Very bright with large windows and vasistas windows and with a terrace for exclusive use surrounded by greenery overlooking the mountains of about 25 square meters. It has a large living area with kitchen, breakfast island, sofa bed and bookcase. A large bedroom with direct access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Here you will find everything you need for cooking, including oil, salt, sugar, coffee, tea and the necessary detergents. In each room there are powerful and silent fans to freshen the air.
For guests on bikes and motorcyclists there is a covered canopy closed by the gate of the house where you can park and take advantage of a small home workshop with various tools, utensils, compressor and battery charger.

A new (newly arranged this summer) and large apartment on the second floor at the margins of Bussoleno, a town a few km from Susa, including a large roof deck. Setup is conspicuously tasteful and caring (see pictures), including high quality equipment, e.g. in the kitchen. Full equipment for cooking. The cordial owners live on the first floor and are always interested to help the guests in any respect. The house is situated at a through road, but the apartment is open to the back side, and is thus rather quiet. There is no air condition. On the other hand, due to large windows there is good ventilation, and I had no problems with heat during mid August. Giulio speaks English very well, so there is no problem for communication.
The old centre of Bussoleno is a few minute footwalk from the apartment and includes medieval architecture, bars, restaurants, and many stores for the daily needs. Susa with historic centre including important Roman remains is a few km away. Mountain hiking (e.g., 3500 m high Rocciamelone, Mont Cenis) and visits to Turin can easily be done from the locality. Railway is good and cheap compared with Germany. I am sure to come back next year.

Très beau logement, place de parking, portail électrique donc véhicule protégé. Appartement avec tout le confort nécessaire pour 4 personnes. Cependant pour la nuit il y à trop de lumière dans le salon. Il faudrait un rideau sur la grande vitre à coté de la porte d'entrée. Et quelque chose pour la lumière qui vient du sol vers le frigo dans le fond de la cuisine.

Gulio vous reçoit avec un accueil vraiment très chaleureux. Le Loft est super, une immense pièce à vivre et une chambre très grande avec une terrasse vraiment sympa. Des ventilateurs vous permettent de vous rafraîchir par des grosses chaleurs. La terrasse permet de prendre repas avec une super vue sur les montagnes et vous protège des bruits de la route. Nous avons fait en famille une halte d'une nuit fort agréable. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.
