This 150 sq.m house is located 40 m away from the beach to which you will have a direct access. It is located in the heart of Brittany and can accommodate 10 people. It has a gated garden where you can safely enjoy your family holidays.
The terrace is equipped with an arbour, garden furniture, and a barbecue: you will be able to rest as much as you want. There are swings for the children to play. Inside, there are 2 bathrooms and separate toilets. You will have all the comfort you need:

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed

The Internet connection is included in the rental. It is possible to rent the house linen. All the household electrical goods are provided (vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) Extra costs for electricity

Nous avons séjourné avec plaisir dans cette maison, le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables, à deux pas de la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée et les propriétaires très accueillants. Je recommande chaudement.

Situation idéale : 40 m de la plage, jardin clos , déjeuner en terrasse, balançoire pour les enfants, pas de vis à vis, très fonctionnelle
