House with privileged location, condominium with great leisure structure, but the property is independent with 2 parking spaces. Convenience of leaving your car in the garage and being able to do everything on foot.
Composition: 3 bedrooms and 2 suites, living room, kitchen with cabinets and all utensils, mezzanine with 2 single beds (works as another 1 bedroom), social bathroom at the bottom (total of 3 bathrooms, all in granite and luxury) , gourmet space with barbecue w / pizza oven and wood stove, shower and balcony. WIFI + SKY TV RELEASED!

Foi uma excelente estadia na referida casa, estávamos em doze pessoas e todos foram unanimes em tecer elogios.
Tudo que foi ofertado foi cumprido: casa ampla, bem dividida, quartos espaçosos, churrasqueiras excelente, todos os utensílios da casa pronto para uso, todos os eletrodomésticos funcionando normalmente e a distância da praia, que na verdade não existe distância é mega perto da orla, devem dar uns 40 passos. Referente a praia não tem nem o que se falar, Linda, Maravilhosa, super limpa, temperatura da água show, organização nota dez.
A atenção dada pela Ana Claudia desde que fechamos o pacote foi simplesmente maravilhoso. Gostaria de abrir um parêntese em relação ao Sr. Rui Pai da Ana Claudia, uma pessoa extremamente gente boa, bom papo, simpatia pura, alto astral, nos deixou como se estivéssemos na nossa casa.
Se for avaliar de 0 a 10 eu daria 11.
Todos ficaram muitos satisfeitos. As pessoas saíram de lá falando que iriam indicar para seus amigos a referida casa do Peró da Ana e do Rui.
Superou todas as nossas expectativas.
Já estamos combinando para voltarmos em breve.

Em um tempo tão difícil aonde existem pessoas querendo se dar bem, levar vantagem sobre o outro. Encontrar a Ana e o Rui faz acreditar que é possível sim, confiarmos nas pessoas, que temos pessoas honestas e bem intencionadas.

A Residência é como as fotos, ate melhor. Atenção da Ana e Sr. Rui o tempo todo. Indico a todos. Foram as férias excelente. Com certeza voltaremos em breve.
