Quaint and cozy two bedroom home set on a half acre in the quiet country town of Templeton, Ca. Two bedroom, 1 bath house in walking distance of the local downtown that’s host to great dining, live music, small shops and a fantastic weekly farmers market. Sleeping accommodations for up to six people (1 queen bed, a set of twin beds and a sleeper sofa). Large bathroom with walk in shower, a quaint kitchen with all the amenities and a fully stocked laundry room.

Close by Saturday Farmers Market and great restaurants to dine for breakfast, lunch and dinner!I would have liked to have an extra blankets but they have central smart meter system.Owner was very nice and easy to communicate.Thank you!

This was a wonderful find and perfect for us. We walked to donuts, the park, and restaurants. It was minutes from everything. The house is cozy and so cute. Just enough space and a great kitchen. Great views, wonderfully situated.

I was in Templeton to spend time with my family. I spent mornings and nights at the cute & cozy. It was very comfortable. The yard was open and so nice to sit out and enjoy the fresh air. Again, it was very nice property all around.
